Please be informed that with effect from 3 August 2026, trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) via iOCBC will be routed through the Direct Market Access (DMA) model, enabling orders to be submitted directly to the exchange for speedier execution. 

 Under the DMA model:

• Orders submitted via iOCBC will be processed according to the share type selected (e.g. orders submitted as Local shares, Foreign shares or NVDR will be processed according to the share type submitted).
• You may only sell the same share type that was originally purchased (e.g. Local shares must be sold as Local shares, Foreign shares as Foreign shares, and NVDR as NVDR).

Key differences between the share types are set out below:

Please be informed that with effect from 31 July 2026, OCBC Securities will no longer support purchases of Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (Ticker: NISP) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Clients who currently hold Bank OCBC NISP Shares with OCBC Securities are required to either liquidate their holdings or transfer their shares out of OCBC Securities by 30 September 2026.

With effect from 1 October 2026, OCBC Securities will no longer support trading of Bank OCBC NISP Shares.

Clients are encouraged to make the necessary arrangements early to ensure that all holdings are fully divested or transferred before the stipulated deadline.
